I have started replacing pedals on two used bikes where I have cleaned and replaced parts. I struggled with all the pedals with a small adjustable wrench as the larger wrenches (with better rotation/force) didn't fit between the pedal and the crank. I couldn't bring myself to buy a special pedal wrench. I then decided to buy a pedal wrench from Amazon and settled on a bike wrench as I have a bike clamp that I love. This bike pedal wrench is amazing - it made the job easier and I took the old pedal off and replaced the new one in about 15 seconds. take it earlier If you have old bikes or have bikes that you will work with. Replace the pedals, tighten this wrench. But be smart and try it without a wrench. If you fail, it's the wrench. It really is like that. Well built and feels very sturdy and solid.
