Review on 🪑 Safavieh Home Collection Dark Oak and Black Leather Swivel Bar Stool - 29-inch Height by Jenny Davis

I bought 4 of these chairs. The instructions said it took 10 minutes to assemble, it took over an hour. Time. Part of the problem was that I had to open two modules to get enough parts to complete the assembly process. Small washers were not even in bags but in a box. Apparently the manufacturer had to resize one of the screws so they opened up the leather wrapped pieces on all the boxes and put them in a bag that the customer couldn't reach so all the 3/8 inch washers were over the box I found 21 one of the washers of 28 that I should get. I didn't have 6 head screws either, so I opened up the second box and had enough hardware to assemble a chair. This box was also short pieces, so it couldn't be assembled if I even tried, but I didn't count the pieces because it was essentially short. It was also repackaged from the skin pack. After all that, I finally got it all together, only to notice that the nails went around the leather seat around the back and only went halfway through the front. Really poor quality control despite having at least 10 'approved' QK stickers on the chair. I decided to return all four chairs without trying to collect the rest.
