Doesn't run like normal lipstick so it takes some practice to apply. The most important thing is to apply to completely dry lips, be patient until the gloss is 100% dry. If you try to take it off while it's still wet, it will be a mess. Also, be sure to discard the dried colored peel as it can stain the sink. Don't be intimidated by how intense the color will be when you apply it to your lips, the end result will be much more subtle. If you exfoliate your lips with a simple sugar scrub before use, the color will be much more even and noticeable. . Overall I am very happy with this product! But I would wish for even more variety of nuances – maybe a nude palette for fall?!?!
