Originally I wrote: Easy to use, over time we can add more phones 5 stars 3 months later a completely new perspective: when the bedroom phone rings (dark) push button for line 1 and line 2 aren't lit so I can't tell which line is ringing, if I press the wrong one I have to hang up before I can try another line and the off/end button doesn't light either, so if I press the one directly below ( line 2), I will disconnect/hold line 1, but not hang up. This has become a BIG problem. and the inability to answer the correct line he experienced yesterday. He, too, is now cursing the no-lite keys. We will no longer buy this model or additional phones, we may have to replace everything in 2021.
