Why aren't the phone line and hang up buttons backlit?

Originally I wrote: Easy to use, over time we can add more phones 5 stars 3 months later a completely new perspective: when the bedroom phone rings (dark) push button for line 1 and line 2 aren't lit so I can't tell which line is ringing, if I press the wrong one I have to hang up before I can try another line and the off/end button doesn't light either, so if I press the one directly below ( line 2), I will disconnect/hold line 1, but not hang up. Poor quality, limited features and not suitable for my business needs.

Bought for my auto repair shop instead of our usual purchase of Panasonic phones. While the hold button is handy compared to Panasonic's lack of it, it wasn't enough to overcome the extreme lack of features on this phone. It was. You could not assign a name to the phone, e.g. B. Shop or Technician A or Front Office. It was only phone 1, 2 etc. The ringer for internal calls was the same as for regular incoming calls. They couldn't block the number, a mistake when I get half a dozen calls a day…
