It's very simple, easy for beginners like me who are not comfortable using terminal commands in Linux/Unix environment or those newbie users from Windows world trying their hands at Unix OSes (like Ubuntu).
I use it mostly as an SSH client but also have used its web interface which works pretty well too! Not much of anything since we don't really do any heavy lifting when working remotely - just some light file transfers here & there. But this software has been able solve all my problems so far. Haven't found many other remote shell clients out there yet though they exist surely? Try them if possible before making up mind about purchasing one :) We're solving our internal network issues by being connected through different networks via VPNs etc.
