Review on 🧸 SmartNoggin NogginStik: Illuminating Developmental Rattle for Infant to 12 Months by Angel Serafini

I have a really hard time understanding how this product has received such high ratings. First, the quality of the plastic in this toy is very poor. This is a thin, brittle plastic typical of very cheap toys. Printing and colors are not clear. And our device was defective right after unpacking. It lit up when you first put the batteries in, but then didn't light up again until you took the batteries out and put them back in. I think the company that made this spent more money on the packaging than on the product itself. That this thing costs $20 is absolutely insane, and it comes from a family who bought ridiculously expensive silly things for their kid. I can't think of a good excuse for this item being $20. If it's made from quality materials, then MAYBE. But there's just junk around. Buyer Warning.
