You never know when you buy a brand you are not very familiar with. But as a company we buy many keyboard mouse combos throughout the year and are very happy with the Levkey product. We had a co-worker who lost his USB dongle which you need for the keyboard and found it to be different from Logitech products where you can use any Unify USB dongle but their support was great, which seems consistent. I've read several posts on Reddit from people who contacted Levkey directly and were able to get a new USB stick for free. Of course I contacted the support team and after a few hours I got a response from them and got what we needed. The battery life is excellent, the keyboard/mouse "feels" the quality. And charging is way better than chasing batteries!
