That's how it's described, but it could be better.

My son uses this at school (6th grade) and is happy with it. Not me. He can't put his books and lunch bag in it, the 'charger' is the hole you can put the cable through to the battery you provided, and the glow-in-the-dark effect is weak.

Pros

teenage laptop bag with padded shoulder straps, some padding on the back and one size perfect for everyone, perfect for school backpack, double shoulder for daily use, camping, hiking, training, travel backpack.
