Good quality dock at a good price

I bought this for my 13" MacBook Pro after a year of trying to find a good dock. It had the best mix of ports, monitor outs etc. There's nothing superfluous about it. Unlike some cheaper hubs it comes with a power adapter and was plug and play from the start. Unlike Henge it doesn't get very hot. The design is nice although I personally love it would have preferred the side/rear audio jack. Pros: - If you look at what's there, it's a pretty good price at $200 after coupon. Based on Kensington's website I wouldn't be surprised if the future price is $300 will be - easy to use - compatible (presumably) with Mac and Windows, which is great as I'm not an Apple fan - lots of ports - it's nice, slim, goes well with the space gray MacBook. - beautiful appearance. Cons: - Kensington has absolutely terrible customer service. I still can't figure out the difference between 5300 and 5350 and what to get h. The agents don't understand the chat and a week later I still haven't received a response to my email. very unclear what the price should be. Working with them is the only reason to rate '4' not '5' stars and my biggest hesitation in recommending the company is that the dock does not work as a laptop platform, they require separate real estate on your table / Writing desk. In summary, if the price stays between $200 and $230, that's a really good price. If it was $300 I'd probably still recommend it, but I'd definitely try Henge and others first.
