This is my third BELLA unit and they are all simple and work well. It has - at least compared to other smokeless indoor electric grills - a HUGE cooking surface AND a tray that you pour some water in, making it smokeless and staying clean. It seems hot enough, makes good grill marks and cooks well. For the price, 5 stars is easy. Cons: 1) a few cool spots on the ends of the grill, 2) after cooking, it's not that easy to get to the pan without spilling water (it doesn't extend, but needs to be lifted, and it's not easy ). hold tight).
