As I said, I don't wear dresses or skirts and don't care for them. But this one is the exception! It is so light and flowy that I hardly notice it. Where as mine was black, I did not have a see-through problem. I did probably order a size larger than needed, but it worked out because the skirt is super long on me. I had the waist band up under my chest just so I wasn't tripping on the length. The waist is very elastic and forgiving, and the size was accurate to US sizes. I highly recommend!
