Overpriced Multivitamin Making False Claims

This is a poor quality multivitamin at an overpriced price. Almost every multivitamin contains copper. Customers will like a quality multivitamin more than this product. One brand I use is Nature's Way Alive, which contains 1.8 mg copper compared to 2 mg copper in this product. Nature's Way Alive is much cheaper and better. This company makes misleading claims and hides behind an asterisk indicating that the claims have not been verified. For example, most gray hairs are not caused by copper deficiency. In most cases, thinning hair is not caused by copper deficiency. Having a chronic copper deficiency can cause problems, but the solution is to eat healthier foods or take a multivitamin. If you need copper, buy a product with GHK-Cu. . GHK-Cu is a widely used copper peptide found in supplements, injectables, creams and shampoos. It's easily absorbed through the skin, so if you want to get copper into your scalp, go with something that can be applied directly to your head. If your goal is to get rid of gray hair, I recommend fo-ti, which seems to work. to me. If you are a man with thinning hair, copper will not help you compared to finasteride and minoxidil.

Pros
  • Promotes healthy hair growth, including lashes, brows, and promotes collagen production for younger looking skin.
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model
