This is a poor quality multivitamin at an overpriced price. Almost every multivitamin contains copper. Customers will like a quality multivitamin more than this product. One brand I use is Nature's Way Alive, which contains 1.8 mg copper compared to 2 mg copper in this product. Nature's Way Alive is much cheaper and better.
