It is too early to tell what benefits will be gained from taking this dietary supplement. It is said to support hair growth and collagen production. The capsules are easy to swallow. I was surprised by the strong, unpleasant smell of rotten eggs. I emailed the company to see if this is normal. Got a response in less than 24 hours, pretty impressive customer service. I was told the smell was due to the iodine in the seaweed. . The smell/taste does not linger after ingestion and, apart from a brief annoyance, is harmless. I've just started taking the recommended two capsules a day. There were no side effects from consumption. The company said there was up to three months before results could be seen.
