Small yes, but lots of glitter!
I've been looking for weeks for a simple band that would go well with my emerald green halo engagement ring. This one is perfect! I ordered yellow gold to go with it and the narrow size of this ring is just right for my first ring. (I ordered a half size down for a slightly slimmer fit.) Tiny diamonds accent the halo in my other ring, and I didn't break the bank! I am very comfortable.
