I've bought gold leggings in the past and they haven't lasted long - they're great so far! I booked a day of school for my daughters expecting it to last only once but I was wrong! These survived. Make sure you wash inside out and avoid things like Oxyclean and you'll be fine! They fit as expected - my daughter usually wears 2T and only had 3-4T available. so i put them on her and made them work (plus they will last us a long time!)
