I wanted something with a face shield but not a full motorcycle helmet. I ride an electric scooter that can go up to 30mph and often cruises around 20-22. A good compromise for my needs. The XL size was a tight fit, but I was able to get it to work with the XXL cheek pads sent to me by ILM customer service. I love that it's a lightweight helmet with very good visibility even with the visor down. Comfort and safety aside, this is one hell of a cool looking helmet. Appearance isn't everything, but it's a nice bonus. I recommend ordering a transparent visor right away. It only takes a few minutes to swap two, once you figured it out the support was quick with communication and sending XXL pads. However, I think they might only provide XXL at the time of purchase to make things easier. You may want to order one size larger than the base size.
