I was very happy to find running shorts that seemed to check all the boxes for me: lightweight, compression liner, phone pocket in the back big enough for my iPhone XR. Unfortunately the way they sewed the phone pocket makes running in these comical at best.The pocket is so deep (I imagine to provide for large phones like mine) that the phone sits below my tailbone. I took a quick lap around the block and spent the full quarter mile getting slapped on the ass, pulling the shorts up and re-tying the drawstrings tighter and tighter.Not worth it. Returned.
