No Shiatsu Massage Just Pain

Very disappointed with this Homedics product. The Shiatsu massager is nothing more than two rotating hard plastic wheels with bulges that rub against the sole at one point. I've tried using it with and without water and have found it painful at best. If I kept my feet in place, I would have blisters where the wheels of what is called "shiatsu massage" are. Poorly made and sent back immediately. I have and love other Homedics products but this one is a miserable failure.
