The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because it was difficult to figure out how to put all the pieces together. It took several attempts to get the right SIM card. I tried Tello first as they seem to be the cheapest but found that they support Sprint compatible phones and this device is not supported. Then I tried US Mobile and they worked great. Customer support is excellent for this device. I usually get an answer the next day. I just wish SinoTrack knew more about which SIM cards work and which don't. This would help their customers to know where to look for a compatible SIM card. Also note that you will need unlimited text messages and 50MB of data. You only need one voice if you want to hear what they say in your stolen car or if you want to call your car to find out where it is. The text message he replies to contains a link to Google Maps that determines where your car is located. Another reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they lack documentation. I don't know how to hook up the fuel pump relay yet, but since I have my own BSEET I'll figure it out.
