Review on 📷 Pelican 1650 Camera Case With Foam, Black: Ultimate Protection for Your Precious Equipment! by Fred Meeks

I currently have 3 Pelicans and plan to purchase more in the future. I bought a Pelican 1500 case at the same time as a 1650 and have owned a Pelican Air 1535 for about 4 months. I run a small video production company and use these cases to store and transport almost all of my gear from body to camera and lenses to microphones, monitors and even tablets. The 1650 is a very large case and for me it packed a lot of equipment. As for "constructing" the inside of the case with "pick and assemble" foam, I took advice from others on the internet and used toothpicks to mark the dimensions of the hardware, before proceeding to the actual assembly and reassembly. The best decision I made with this case was ordering the Pelikan 1659 lid organizer at the same time. I have not yet installed organizers in the lid of a 1535 or 1500 but after realizing the convenience of having spare batteries, Throwing cables and other small items into the lid organizer (instead of a separate bag or backpack) is something I want to look at. Anyone who has experience with a Pelican case can tell you how great the build quality is. These drawers are clearly built to last, and I never worry about storing them in my multi-thousand-dollar appliances, especially when they're lockable too. These cases are incredibly strong and built for easy portability, and the 1650 is no exception. It has two sets of dual casters on the bottom edge of the suitcase as well as a retractable handle which makes it easy to roll the suitcase is an absolute must for this suitcase as it is too big and heavy to lift and carry anywhere. The body is deep enough that it actually has 2 rows of pick-n-pluck foam instead of 1 row (which the 1535 and 1500 have). I was able to take advantage of that depth with a few elements, notably the suction cup mount, slate, and track system.
