This chair is a big old piece of junk. It is very difficult to assemble (there are no instructions, luckily you can find out) and it is very inconvenient. They also skimp on key details, which makes them feel cheap. The height adjustment lever is a piece of plastic and not strong enough to reliably press the button on top of the cylinder. The cylinder itself is insanely cheap, but because of the plastic adjustment lever, a good aftermarket cylinder I bought won't work either. The 'lock' mechanism that prevents the chair from tipping backwards is plastic and not very strong, so the chair doesn't 'lock' but wobbles. The chair also has a very slight "forward lean" when standing upright and no adjustment I made would make it go away. As for "big and tall," what a joke. I'm not that tall (6ft 2in) and with the standard wheels this chair barely fits. It also hugs me pretty tight. I'm a big guy, but it's definitely not "big and tall". Rather "slightly above average". The chair was also dented in transit and was poorly packaged inside. The box was badly damaged on the outside.
