Best in reducing clutter in my rating

If you're looking for an all-purpose monitor and don't use a USB-C port, this monitor is nothing special. If you want, your best bet is if it's a tie. But if, like me, you have a plethora of USB-C devices on your desk and don't yet have a USB-C dock on your desk, then this device will be of interest. I have multiple Windows laptops, Chromebooks, and Nintendo Switches. All devices connected to this monitor via USB-C with no issues. (I don't have a Mac, so I can't comment on that.) I was surprised that I was able to save battery on most of my devices. I was warned that charging could be slow, but I could still see the battery percentage slowly increasing on most of my devices when plugged in. This may not be the case if you're doing something more intense than streaming videos and opening webpages. pages and depends on how much power your device requires. For example, my gaming laptop doesn't charge at all when plugged into USB-C from just this monitor, but that's to be expected - it doesn't charge via USB. -C anyway and requires a 180 watt power supply. It's not the monitor's fault at all. I'm just saying, don't expect the monitor to do the impossible. Brightness, color, etc. look normal. I didn't notice much of a difference when I increased the brightness to the default of '50', but maybe that's just the ambient lighting in my room. The power cord is about 6 feet long, a bit longer than I've seen on some monitors lately, but nothing special. It terminates in a "power adapter" type plug, so you'll need some room on an extension cord or on the wall to plug it in without resorting to an extension cord. To be honest, the stand looks cheap and flimsy. It doesn't look like it's going to tip over or anything, and there's a tilt adjustment. You can't rotate it to portrait mode with the included stand. There are mounting holes on the back to attach it to something sturdier, which I'll probably do. "tinny", far from "audiophile level", but functional. Overall, the real draw here is the USB-C connection, which is an interesting feature. USB-C cable included.
