This is more for the average user than someone who spends hours looting or building. When wet they become slippery and the Share/Options buttons are hard to press. They do an excellent job of protecting the controller. So if you have young children using the console I would definitely use it. The button covers are great and also fit previous generation controllers (leather doesn't fit).
