Not Very Bright: Tap Lights
They just aren't very bright. I bought these little bulbs to give extra light over my stove. (It's a bit dark in there) But these lights, while they work, just don't give off much light, period. I even took 1 and put it in my closet, it just didn't give off any light. It's just not a very good item so I'm rating them 3 stars as they work but aren't very bright.
