Works great but the cord is short.
I'm very impressed with the capabilities of this little docking station. He does everything he claims to do and does it very well. I use it as a desktop conversion dock for my Dell G7 7500 laptop and it works fine with all ports used at the same time. I only give one star because the Thunderbolt output cable is a bit short. I understand it has to be for portability, but even a 3ft cable would be a big improvement. I resorted to using a Thunderbolt 3 extension cable, which actually has an impact on speed and performance as the length increases. But overall I'm very impressed.
