They strive to ensure that their customers are happy with the purchase and use of products. They appreciated honest feedback and will use it in the future. They were very nice and helpful! I'm updating my rating. In addition, my child gets a lot of relief from the cooling gel, he is happy immediately after using it! I also tried their bubble bath oil and it's amazing! Silky soft and wonderful scent! Satisfied with my purchase and customer service response! Disappointed, the tube is half empty. I followed this brand on Instagram and thought I would be delighted as my baby is teething. I should have read the reviews, super loose, the tube has taken way too long. I appreciate the use of more natural ingredients and that they come with a price tag but like I said I was frustrated with less than a full tube.
