Use this shelf to store your toppings to create your own roasted potato bar and it worked great. I have since used it for Thanksgiving desserts and see many other possibilities as we host a lot of friends/family reunions. It's very easy to put together and looks a lot cleaner and more organized than anything that sits on the counter in trays. I'm happy with that
