Very small diameter cord is twisted. It was impossible to straighten the line. I soaked the sections one at a time with hot water from my Instahot, but after soaking for 30 minutes and trying to flip the spool to unwind, I've had limited success. I needed this line to connect to the fuel pump that I use to pump old gas from my generator to a gas tank. Because the line was bent, I was fighting it all the time to keep the hole from sucking air, not gas, out of the generator tank. In general, I managed. But it wasted my time and spawned a lot of colorful language. The real PITA.
