I like that it's easy for me as an admin user, not having to go through multiple steps or programs to get things done! It has helped our organization immensely in terms of getting better at managing customer service requests/emails received from clients. The only thing is sometimes when we are trying to do something with folderly itself (like creating new subfolders) there can be some confusion because you have to choose between "Create New Subfolder" OR "Move Items Into This Category". So if you're looking for one product where everything gets put into ONE place - this might work best for you! We use Folderly daily by myself & my team members to help keep track of incoming messages so they don't end up being lost in SPAM filters along with other internal employees who receive them too.
