These are not real cotton swabs. The plastic top didn't match the back and it was clear it hadn't been glued on properly. While Q-tips doesn't recommend cleaning their ears, we all do. I have never had a problem with a genuine product. The cotton tip of this product came off in my ear. Do not buy!
