You need an adapter.
My Samsung OEM charger went missing from a guest's house (I'm pretty sure it was an accident) and I bought this as a replacement. It seems to work just as well, but I was lucky I already had several adapters at home since it doesn't have a USB-C port. So my guess is that it was a very old block that someone found on a shelf.
