My lips were constantly cracked and bleeding until I started using this scrub every night and the mask every night and morning . Now I love my lips and they don't bleed when I smile! Fair warning: my lips started cracking and bleeding again when I used Carmex in the afternoon, so you'll have to skip regular lip balm altogether. And this thing only works for me if I exfoliate every night. Honestly changed my life. I just wish my lips weren't always hidden behind a mask!
