IT IS GOOD TO HAVE A TEST TUBE HOLDER BUT I RECOMMEND FIND A HOLDER THAT FITS THE STANDARD TUBES WE USE. I USED A DRILL TO RAISE THE HOLES. THIS IS WELL MADE OF DURABLE PLASTIC.
