It works but I recommend using ribbed metal rollers for easier application

I used this roller to install the muffler all over the trunk of my car. It worked to an extent, but I also bought some knurled metal rollers (versus this smooth rubber roller) which made the muffler sticking MUCH better. I had to apply a lot of pressure to get it to work. That squeegee helped smooth it out so it looked better once applied, but who cares in the trunk? I think the value of this tool depends on what you use it for.
