The order was placed on 04/26/21 on Monday Until Friday 04/30/21 the order was processed Delivery was scheduled for 05/01/21 On the evening of 04/30/21, after 5 days from the order, I received an SMS that the order could not be delivered Is this normal? Why didn’t they once check the warehouse and cancel the order because the goods were over? Who were these 5 days for? Accordingly, the appointment for tire fitting had to be canceled This is disrespectful to customers, delay 5 days and a day before delivery, send SMS about the impossibility of delivering goods
