I think these are limitations for all products in the industry and these technologies aren't going to get much better. I would have liked a little more honesty. The design looks solid, almost flawless and very detailed. The inner coating is very non-stick, even hydrophobic, water will not stick to it. Will dishwashing and heavy use ruin it? Possible, but the price is right. With good disposal, replacing every 2-3 years is very cheap.
