I like that it lets me send out emails to many people at once, without having everyone in my database sign up for each one individually (as with other services). Sometimes you get spammy email addresses or ones where no replies are received from your list members; sometimes these can be hard if not impossible due to how fast time is moving forward nowdays! It has improved over its predecessor when we used MailChimp previously but there's still ways of improvement here as well - just keep working towards those improvements!! If this service works best within an organization then go ahead & do what makes sense most effectively- however i think they could easily make their product better by allowing multiple lists/subscribers under 1 account so users don't have duplicate subscriptions etc.. We're using them primarily because our previous provider was unreliable during busy season which meant lots lost revenue every month while waiting times were high before new subscribers signedup again after being inactive through holidays.
