The shell is very difficult to replace, get a Z driver or something small to help

The housing has two removal screws, one on top and one on the bottom. I couldn't easily get to the top screw as I didn't have the right little tools or anything at 90 degrees. I ended up just drilling out the factory shell and inserting the key lock. Looks great and works. I'm only deducting one star because of the complexity of this top screw. (Ryker Rally 2021)
