I have tried most of the most popular protein powders on the market. I passed them all on to my brother a week later because I can't seem to stomach the artificial sweetener taste that most of them taste like. But not this one. This is by far the best tasting and most effective protein powder I have ever used. I'm in the second bath of this now. It tastes great when mixed with milk or water. It mixes quickly and easily and is very drinkable. Most importantly, in just a few weeks after starting this powder I have noticed changes in muscle definition and size and I continue to see results. The only complaints I have is that it's not available in Australia and shipping from the US is quite expensive due to the weight. It's a great item though and I think it's worth paying the extra shipping money for instead of buying the other powders I'm sure I'll be disappointed with, especially now that I've tried this one.
