(first i got a defective copy from amazon, about a third of the disc in the middle was missing and wasn't in the package, must have been broken before shipping. so i had to come back and me get a second one.) I pulled the toy out of the container, I (the adult body) was able to reverse the trick quite easily. But trying to flip it quickly becomes frustrating. out of 3 days of attempts it only succeeded once (the problem is that the procedures don't seem to be reproducible, probably due to additional instabilities). However, after a light or gentle impact on soft surfaces (e.g. a mattress, backpack), the disk split roughly in half. (similar to a defect in the original shipment when the bamboo was torn along the fiber lines). Now it's secured with tape and I can try glue in the future if I get bored.
