I'm 5ft 5in and 130lbs. I ordered a large one and it suits me as I mainly use it for washing the car, playing pool with the kids and generally getting wet. I didn't want it to be skin tight. If I wanted to swim or snorkel in the sea, I would order a medium size. This is the only rash guard I could find with shorts. So that was a plus - all to protect more skin from the sun. I've washed it several times and hung it to dry and it hasn't shrunk or fallen apart and I think it's well made. The bra is included so I need a sports bra. For the price I think this rash guard is good value for money.
