I love how easy it was to use when we first got started with our implementation project in September of 2016! We are able build custom workflows into all aspects from shift schedules through task assignments including check-ins/check outs right down to time card entry so there really isn't much you could possibly dislike about this product as far has being user friendly goes!! If any part does not function properly or your needs change over many months then just contact cognisitx support team via chat they will always be happy help out. It's been great to have one place where everyone knows what their doing since day 1 because everything flows perfectly once implemented. ! Also helps having access at home without internet connection which makes life easier sometimes if working away form office environment. !!
