Third update: Customer service contacted me and they were able to send me a new set for free. Anyhow, I can easily say that they support this product and are willing to listen, make improvements and make things right. This time all the items listed on Amazon were in the box and now that I've had a chance to test everything I can confidently say that the set is worth the money. Second update: Customer service finally contacted me to see how things are going, there will be an update soon. Thought I'd try this kit as I needed a deburring tool and a good set of knife blades, but I regret my purchase. Let me list the cons first. Cons: 1. Missing items I didn't receive any pliers or wire cutters. 2. Slight lack of quality control. My deburring tool doesn't snap properly, maybe I'm using it wrong, but it moves so freely that I have to put good pressure on it with my thumb to keep it from moving while trying to use it. The calipers are very cheaply made, I mean very cheaply, I wouldn't buy this kit because my calipers are very loose and will slip on their own (turns them on automatically which in turn drains the battery). As far as I can tell it's impossible to tighten. They are plastic and not very well shaped. The inside of the head was uneven and I had to scrape off some of the plastic myself. It honestly looks like a bad 3D print, which is pretty funny when you think about it. 3. You can probably spend a little more and choose your own better quality items. Pros: 1. The price, assuming you get everything, is a cheap kit each. 2. A decent knife is not bad after several uses of decent quality. 3. Wire brushes are also good quality but they are not very expensive per se, you can get 8 for $6 if you just want wire brushes. 4. The cutting mat is good. It's nice to have a decent quality pillow. 5. The scraper/remover tool appears to be a quality product. I have contacted support, hopefully I can get other items and update my review.
