Spring on Scarves and Capes
I bought this as a shoulder cape to wear in spring. The color is bright and comfortable to the touch; it's not scratchy at all. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't washed it yet. Hopefully it will hold up to a gentle wash. A NOTICE. That's not too much for a miniature frame. I'm glad I have it.
