UPDATE: 14/14/2021 My original review is below. I struggled to improve my rating from 3 stars to 4 or 5 stars based on the original product and customer service. I chose 5 stars based solely on the support response. I was very upset at first, but I tried to be professional in my conversations and hoped I was treating her with respect. They certainly responded to me in a very professional manner with my communication preferences and worked with me to resolve my DVD drive missing issue. While I'd rather have a Wi-Fi card installed on the device, the product description clearly shows the key and that fault is mine. The technical support was phenomenal and the value for money is only 5 stars. First Review: At first I thought it didn't have wi-fi and was very upset because I had to have wi-fi. While the lack of a DVD is very annoying and means I know I'll have to buy an external drive, it's also very frustrating, but not to the point of being unable to use the product. If they respond positively to my questions, I can improve my rating, but for now, 3 is as good as I'd like it to be. I feel generous as they at least include a wifi dongle.
