Review on 💨 Maxx Air Extreme Power Industrial Pedestal Fan - Heavy Duty 30-inch Stand Fan with 4800 CFM by Ashley Cook

Upright bolted to baseplate with 5 1/4-20 1.5mm sheet metal screws, no nuts. Terrible tech there and junk issues. Every vibration and thread will fail. I drilled the threads and put in 5 x 6mm bolts with washers and nuts. Fixed now. The MaxxAir center fan cover fell off in the box, so there is a safety hazard from the hole in the center front of the fan. The only way I see is to try to glue them back on. I can handle stuff like that, but now that it works it's very loud! $200 total loss, but now I've already built it and it will cost me more to repackage and ship it back.
