I measured my AC unit and it was exactly 24x24x22. This bag is slightly larger so it is easy to fit and there is a strong velcro in the corner to make all the connections. The lid has a drawstring at the bottom so you can tighten it. I'm considering wrapping the dishwasher insulation I just replaced around the unit under the cover for a tighter fit and added winter protection. The quality and value of this case is simply outstanding compared to the junk I found at my local home center which costs twice as much. I will replace the air conditioner after next summer, otherwise I would have ordered an extra one.
