Based on our own experience, we cannot recommend this product for industrial and scientific purposes. The bits did not provide precise CUTS and required frequent replacements. These are very poor quality knobs. The locking mechanism on one of the units that arrived wouldn't turn to the left enough to open the door. A second mechanism would stick open. The knobs feel loose and not sturdy. I would NOT recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade their home.
